Wambi notifications are designed to keep you informed, whether you're on your Wambi site or on the go. Read on to learn more about what notifications will appear in the platform, in your email, and on your mobile devices and how they work.


  NOTE


If you sign in with a code or need to verify your account, you will receive the code on the device you select during the verification.


Notifications for Wambi activity


Wambi users will receive the following notifications for pertinent activity in Wambi; notification preferences for text (SMS) and email alerts can be adjusted at any time. In-app notifications cannot be adjusted.

In addition to platform notifications, Wambi users will receive the following emails:

If your Wambi plan includes cobranded marketing materials, the cobranding will only be reflected in the Onboarding Series.

Whitelisting Wambi domains


Adding Wambi domains to your approved sender list will help enable the delivery of platform notifications and onboarding messages to your team’s inbox. Wambi communication will come from the following emails and domains:
