As part of the patient portal experience, when a patient responds to all questions with all "Great," the recipient is notified about a "perfect score." After a user receives a client-determined number of perfect scores in a row, this is considered a "hot streak" and celebrations are prompted!
Team member recipient notifications
A team member will receive the following notifications for patient responses in the platform:
- Perfect score
- In-app notification (confetti appears when this notification is clicked!)
- Email (if opted in)
- Text (if opted in)
- Hot Streak
- In-app notification (confetti appears when this notification is clicked!)
- Email (if opted in)
- Text (if opted in)
Manager and group owner notifications
Managers and group owners are notified in their in-app notifications about any hot streaks for their direct reports or people in groups they manage. Once the notification is clicked, the leader is taken to the Send a Wambi screen with the recipient pre-selected. If there are any Hot Streak-designated Wambis in the platform, that design appears for the leader.
