Administrator Feature
This feature is available to administrator users in Wambi.
Management Hub overview
Access your Management Hub to review patient feedback responses, profile change requests, view recent Wambis, upload HR and other files, access prize fulfillment, and manage users.
NOTE
The Patient Feedback and Profile Change Requests pages are the only Management Hub pages available on mobile.
- Patient Feedback
- To review patient responses to what could have been done better, head to Patient Feedback. You will see the comments requesting follow up, and you can note any updates for other leaders to see, allowing you to close the loop quickly!
- Profile Change Requests
- If anyone on your team has changed their profile picture or display name recently, you can approve or deny the changes right from your Profile Change Requests page.
- Recent Wambis
- The Recent Wambis tab allows you to see all of the gratitude being shared with and by your team. You can share Wambis that you see, and can also copy the links to specific Wambis to share with logged in users.
- HR Data Upload
- For administrators, use the HR Data Upload to securely upload HR data files to Wambi. These files will be ingested automatically to create and deactivate Wambi user accounts.
- Wambi Drive
- For administrators, use the Wambi Drive to share files securely with Wambi using the Wambi drive.
- Prize Fulfillment
- For prize administrators and administrators, Prize Fulfillment allows you to see a list of claimed prizes for the entire account, add notes, mark items as fulfilled, and export prize reports.
- People
- The People page gives clients admins the ability to manage users manually in Wambi. View active and deactivated users, update user details, add new users, and deactivate users from one convenient location.
NOTE
Management Hub features are restricted by a user's role in Wambi; not all of these features will be available to every user.
