  Prize Administrator Feature


This feature is available to prize administrator users in Wambi.

The Prize Fulfillment page allows you to see all of the claimed and fulfilled prizes and raffles from your teams and groups.


  NOTE


The Prize Fulfillment page will show activity from the previous 30 days by default.

Access Prize Fulfillment


Access the Prize Fulfillment page by navigating to your  Management Hub and select  Prize Fulfillment.

The Prize Fulfillment page is not available on mobile.

  Group Filters
If you are a leader in a group that has subgroups, a caret  will appear next to the group that appears when you access the Prize Fulfillment page. To filter the results further, click the caret  and select all of the group(s) or subgroup(s) you would like to view and click Apply. To reset to your group selections, click Reset. Your selections will apply to the prizes that appear.

 Date filter
This filter allows you to view prize claim and fulfillment from specific time frames. To filter the prizes further, click the caret  and select the time frame you would like to view and then click Apply. The options for date filters are:

  • Today
  • Last 7 days
  • Last 30 days
  • Last 90 days
  • Last Quarter
  • Month to Date
  • Quarter to Date
  • Year to Date
  • All Time
  • Custom (select your desired dates from the calendar)

Table filter
You can filter the prize results that appear on the table by selecting any of the filters below:

  • Status: Claimed (available in the Status dropdown)
  • Status: Fulfilled (available in the Status dropdown)
  • Show Raffle Entries (checkbox; default is to not show raffle entries)

To remove a filter, click on the filter again and the table will reset.

Column Header Filters
In addition to the table filters, each column can be ordered and filtered with myriad options available to users.

To sort alphabetically or chronologically:

  1. Click on the column header name (or anywhere on the center-left of the column header)
  2. An arrow will appear next to the column header name
  3. Click on the column header name again to reverse the order
  4. Click a third time to remove the filter

  NOTE


You can only order the list one column at a time.

To filter the list:


  1. Hover over the column header
  2. A menu  will appear to the right of the column header
  3. Click on this menu to open the column filter, select the type of filter you want to use, and enter the filter terms
  4. The prize results will filter to your filter terms
  5. You can add filters to as many columns as you like; to reset your filters, either delete the terms or refresh your browser page


You can also export the prize report after you apply your filters.

View prize details


Click on any prize from the table to view the details, including:

  • The full prize name
  • Who claimed the prize
  • When the prize was claimed / the raffle was entered
  • When the prize was fulfilled (if it was fulfilled)
  • The fulfillment status
  • Any notes or changes made to the prize details


You can also add a note in the Add a note... box on the Prize Details page.
