What's New or Improved

My Preferences

Have you ever wanted to update your notification settings and password in one place? With the new  My Preferences menu item, you can!

  NOTE

If you access Wambi through SSO, you will not see the option to change your password.

Prize consolidation

Prizes can now be consolidated to appear under one item so users can see all options for the same item on one prize - no more déjà vu when scrolling through prize options!

Fixes

• The captcha was causing some funkiness when there was a failed authentication; the pesky token causing the issue has been removed
• Patient Shared Wambis didn't show in the My Profile Wambis List; seeing as you would want to see all shared Wambis regardless of the source, they now appear as expected
• The Management Hub icon didn't show for some prize administrators; it now appears when it should
• There were a couple of tiny tweaks that we made to ensure continuity in the user experience (they would be great candidates for eagle-eyed “before” and “after” challenges)

Wambi 4.6.70

What's New or Improved

Wambi Home Page improvements: you can now see the My Active Challenges widget on your Home Page, and you can see real-time updates to your progress toward your active Challenges! Also, your menu got a summer makeover - check out the new profile image and the Wambi version number in the menu footer!

Patient Voice new look: The Patient Voice widget now highlights any improvements in patient voice responses for patient-facing users!

Language updates: The Service Recovery email will now indicate specifically if a patient requests follow up; this language will no longer appear if it is not requested. Also, the “Hide” button on newsfeed items now says “Remove” (with specific details about what that button does) in order to make the feature more clear!

Fixes

• "No sent Wambis" appeared on the Shared Wambis tab; it will now read “No Shared Wambis"
• The Patient Voice widget started a rave when different date filters were clicked; the flashing has been stopped
• Pronouns did not immediately display after editing them; users will now see their pronoun changes
• The Analytics tab allowed users to click through the overlay on items underneath; this was funky, so it now operates as expected

What's New or Improved

Sending Wambis to groups: A Deselect All option now appears when sending a Wambi to a group. No more scrolling through lists of names and deselecting them one by one!

Prize fulfillment: Designated Users can now access a Prize Fulfillment tab on the Management Hub. This tab includes:

• A list of prizes claimed
• Filters to narrow to specific dates, facilities, and units
• Options to mark that a prize has been fulfilled and add notes if needed
• Ability to export the report to Excel or CSV

User experience improvements: Translations can now be configured for Award Nominations (ex. DAISY Award) in the Patient Portal.

Fixes

• When filtering the Newsfeed to view Celebrations, Users will see a message reading No content available if there are no Celebrations to display.
• Users will see a Challenge Expired message if they open an expired or deactivated Challenge from the notification bell.
• Contractor pronouns will display once saved.
• On the Edit Profile screen, Users will see the names of their tagged groups once instead of multiple times.
• The Patient Portal now shows Next, instead of Submit, when there is an option to nominate for an Award (ex. DAISY Award.)
• On the Patient Portal, the ability to select a language other than English will now appear in the hamburger menu prior to selecting a location (if other languages are configured.)
• A single failed report no longer causes all reports to fail.
