• User experience improvements: We’ve made some small tweaks to the look and feel of the new Share A Wambi feature, made our compliance language more obvious for patients and their family members, plus made some additional tweaks to improve your overall experience.

What's New or Improved

• Share a Wambi: Have you ever scrolled through the newsfeed and come across a Wambi that you want to share with others? Now you can!
  • All users can share Wambis. Yes, that means team members, too!
  • You can add a message before sharing a Wambi, doubling the impact. (And fear not, you can edit your message after posting if you catch a typo belatedly.)
  • Sharing replaces the prior boosting functionality for managers, giving leaders a way to elevate their team with additional visibility and motivational messaging.
  • Shared Wambis will be visible on the newsfeed for all the sharer’s associated groups, an easy way to spread the love.  
  • The author of the original Wambi (if an internal team member or leader) will receive an in-app notification that their Wambi was shared. Positive vibes all around!
• System announcements: You will now see important messaging about any platform updates, releases, etc., in a banner across the top of your screen upon login. You can get back to any links shared in these banners by clicking on the hamburger menu and navigating to “See What’s New.” Now you’ll always be in the know!
• User experience improvements: We’re always improving here at Wambi, and this release is no exception! We’ve clarified our email messaging around entered raffles, plus made some additional tweaks to improve your overall experience.

Fixes

• No gift available?! Some users reported seeing this sad message when unlocking a surprise. Not cool! We’ve taken care of that.
• We got word that text was missing in the “Gift Alert!” email. Oops! We’ve fixed that so now you’ll get the full message.
• Images in exported Analytics reports were getting a little big for their britches, so we brought them back down to size.
• We’ve made the pin icon on Posts easier to tap so that leaders can pin their Posts without frustration.
• When gifting a surprise, the sender’s job title was populating under the recipient’s name. Since we know you want to gift an item, not your title, we’ve corrected that issue.
