Wambi 4.4.42

  RELEASED: September 27, 2021

Fixes

  • Service anniversaries in 2022 were off by a year; this math has been corrected
  • We updated the additional details that appear on the screen after a user enters a raffle to be more clear
  • If a user won a raffle, a "Claim" button did not appear when viewing all unlocked surprises; we added a "Claim" button to make it abundantly clear that the user should actually claim the raffle item that they won

Wambi 4.4.40

  RELEASED: September 27, 2021

What's New or Improved

  • New Analytics options: We updated YTD to read Year to Date, and added the date filters Last Quarter and Quarter to Date; there are also two new widgets - a horizontal bar chart widget as well as percent of total!
  • Celebrations: Celebrations are now grouped by Today, Recent, and Coming up; users can see new hires and unit/department information right on the widget; and Celebrations will now show people in my group(s) as well as any direct reports.
  • In-app notifications: Actionable notifications (i.e. a patient requested follow up) will now be prioritized in notifications, and - since Wambi reactions are VERY widely used - in-app notifications for reactions are now hidden.
  • Raffle email: Users will now receive a raffle-specific entry email after entering a raffle.
  • Manager photo approval: Direct managers AND group owners will now see photo approvals and feedback for their direct reports and/or users in their group(s), and will see these options in their menu.

Fixes

  • Bubble pop was a little finicky - the Surprise count was not decreasing after playing bubble pop and there was an error message when using the browser back button; bubble pop is supposed to be fun, not funky, so these are fixed
  • The emails and SMS notifications for receiving a Wambi were not checking if the sender was a manager/leader, and said that all Wambis were special - I mean, they are, but we want to make sure we highlight the really special ones (so we do now)
  • Surprises were acting a little sassy: the pop out image was not the same as the image being viewed, there were endless loading dots when a user chose another surprise; these are all old news
  • For some reason, sole group owners could not see "everyone at" their group; we wanted to be inclusive so they can see everyone now
  • The "you were gifted a Surprise" SMS messages did not route the recipient to the gift; we checked our map and this is properly routed

Wambi 4.4.34

  RELEASED: September 22, 2021

Fixes

  • The "Your surprise is expiring in 7 days - claim it soon!" email reminders were going to everyone, even if their surprises were already claimed; this email will now send only when expiring surprises are claimable

Wambi 4.4.33

Wambi 4.4.32

  RELEASED: September 13, 2021

What's New or Improved

  • Surprise redemption email details: If a user claims a surprise that includes the option to select a color or a size, that information will now be included in the redemption emails (since we want to help the fulfillers!).
  • Surprise grouping improvement: We noticed that some surprises weren't grouping properly; we updated the corresponding field in the background to improve the user experience for everyone.

Fixes

  • Users could not choose another surprise when their unlocked surprise was out of stock; since you absolutely should be able to choose something else in this situation, we fixed this so that user choice can be honored

Fixes

  • We tweaked a tiny (read: imperceptible to nearly all users) equation to improve the Patient Voice feature

Wambi 4.4.30

  RELEASED: September 8, 2021

What's New or Improved

  • Analytics  page: Refreshed! Reports will open on the same page, exported reports will include the date stamp in the file name, dashboards can be filtered based on traits or job types, and some date filters have been updated. Also, keep an eye out for a new widget that highlights key numbers!
  • My Progress Bar on Newsfeed: Your progress bar will now appear on your newsfeed and your profile page!
  • Celebrations: You can now see all Wambi celebrations in your group for the next year! More celebrations = more reasons to Wambi!
  • Surprise improvements: We love surprises, and now users can love them even more! A raffle-specific message will now appear after a user enters a raffle; users will now receive email alerts warning then that their surprises are set to expire (the alert will appear 7 [seven] days before the expiration); and for some surprises, users will only be required to enter their phone number only instead of a whole address form.
  • Trouble signing in?: This text on the login page now reads "Sign in with code" for our users who do not use single sign-on to access Wambi.

Fixes

  • Wambi Lessons used to enthusiastically appear before users could agree to the Terms of Service; they now wait until the appropriate time to appear
  • There was a mysterious "from" field that appeared (with no name next to it) on notifications and the claim page for surprises; the mystery was solved (and the field was removed)
  • Suggested groups (at the lowest level of a realm) on the "Send a Wambi" page were appearing twice twice; now they appear a sufficient one time
  • Boosting a patient Wambi sent an email addressed to "undefined," since this didn't make users feel as special as it should, this was fixed to include the recipient's actual name
  • We waved a wand to make a couple other tiny tweaks and magic happened (without affecting the user experience)
