View your employee's Patient Voice

  Leader and Manager Feature


This feature is available to leader and direct manager users in Wambi.

If you have team members who are patient-facing, their patients can share their gratitude for them (make sure to Collect Wambis to help patients thank your team!). The Patient Voice shows responses from the Patient & Family Portal and trends from different time periods.

  1. Navigate to the team member's profile (by using the search bar or clicking on the team member's name or image)
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the profile pop-up that appears; Patient Voice will appear at the bottom of the pop-up


You will see the team member's overall Patient Voice for the previous 30 days, including the average response for each question the patients are asked.


You can toggle the bar at the top of the table to see the average scores (and trends!) from the past three months, one year, and all time.


If the team member's patient response scores have improved in comparison to the previous period of time, a   green arrow pointing up will appear; for example, a green arrow will indicate that their score in the past 30 days (if you are on the 1M tab) is higher than the previous 30 days.


  NOTE


  • The Patient Voice will only appear if there have been responses submitted for the user
  • Leaders will be able to see the Patient Voice for any person (including other leaders in the group) in groups that they own as well as anyone in any child groups
  • Managers will be able to see Patient Voice for anyone who reports to them
