Leaders in Wambi are able to add one or more delegate users to their account to help them perform their daily actions in Wambi.
NOTE
Delegates must be active Wambi users, not contractors, within the same organization.
Delegate user permissions
Delegate users will have the ability to take all actions on behalf of their delegator, based on the delegator's role and permissions in Wambi, aside from:
- Change password
- Edit user account
- Redeem gift
- Complete pulse survey
- Switch accounts
- Add / remove delegates
The delegator can see the actions that any of their delegates made on their behalf and can make changes to the actions. Finally, delegators can remove a delegate user from their account at any time.
