This article is geared toward Wambi client admins.
Wambi's challenges feature allows clients to encourage certain actions to increase engagement and specific actions that help elevate gratitude across their organization. This article outlines the specific actions currently available to reinforce using this feature.
Information needed for challenges
In order to set up custom challenges, we need the following information:
- Catchy title that will appear for users
- Audience for the challenge
- Description that outlines the "why" and the "what" is needed to complete the challenge
- Action(s) the users need to take to complete the challenge
Some things to consider as you identify the best challenges for your organization:
- Challenges can be directed to team members, leaders, or everyone
- Challenges can be set up for a specific time period (this is recommended)
- Challenges can include multiple actions needed to be completed
- Challenges can be set up to require actions to be completed a certain number of times (e.g., send 3 Wambis)
Actions available for challenges
The actions that can be tied to challenges include:
- Send a Wambi
- Send a Wambi from a specific category
- Send a specific Wambi
- Comment on a Wambi
- React to a Wambi
- View all your Wambis
- Create a post (Leaders only)
- Create a post with a Video (Leaders only)
- Comment on a post
- React to a post
- Tag a person or a group using @ mention

Title: Thankful FOUR You
Audience: Everyone
Description: It's gratitude month! Celebrate by adding 4 reactions to Wambis on the newsfeed to show how thankful for one another you are!
Action: React to 4 Wambis
Title: Make Them Feel Seen
Audience: Leaders
Description: At times, moments team members are recognized for may go unseen. Commenting on a Wambi your team member has received is a great way to let them know they are seen and appreciated.
Action: Comment words of support on 3 Wambis members of your team have received.
Title: Communication is Key
Audience: Team Members
Description: Send a Communication Win Wambi to shout out a team member whose communication made a difference!
Action: Send the Communication Win Wambi
