My Team

See all your direct reports in one place with  My team. Check out recent messages among the team, view relevant upcoming celebrations, and find out who hasn't seen their recognition yet!

View My Team

To open your team profile, click the  My team icon on your homepage. The team profile page will open, with the Activity page as the default view.

• Group name, type, and parent group: The name and type of group that this group is (team) appears as well as the parent group name; click this parent group to open that group profile
• Celebrations: This shows who has upcoming or recent birthdays or service anniversaries; by clicking on celebrations, the list of all celebrations within this group in the next year appears
• Subgroups: If the selected group or team has any subgroups, the number of subgroups appear; otherwise, as a group owner of this team, the ability to add a group will appear)

Activity

This is the newsfeed specific to the team. Posts pinned to this specific group will appear at the top of the feed for the selected days, and if you write a post from this group profile, the audience will be defaulted to the selected group only (however, all posts are visible across the organization).

Membership

This page includes the total number of members and group admins the group has; by clicking on this tab, the members page appears with the group admins at the top of the list.

View members

To view your team members, click the # Members tab at the top of the newsfeed. The members page will open.

From the members dashboard, you will be able to see

• The team member's name and job title
• The team member's role in the group (group admins have a  banner on their profile picture)
• The last time the user was active in Wambi
• Whether the user has unread recognition  (indicated as an orange circle with an exclamation point)

When you hover over the team member's tile, you will see the option to send them a Wambi or view their profile.
