Learn more about how Wambi employs sentiment analysis!
Sentiment analysis use
In v.4.5.50 (released January 2022), Wambi deployed a sentiment analysis tool as part of our AWS suite that is applied to all Wambis. Each submitted Wambi has a recorded “score” based on natural language processing; namely, the score is composed of positive, negative, mixed, and neutral values.
For Wambis sent internally (between team members, managers, leaders, group admins), a record in the database is made on these internal Wambis that indicates the value scores above. No other action is taken.
For Wambis sent by patients to team members, a record in the database is made and if a patient Wambi has a negative value of more than 50% (this is the platform default), the Wambi is automatically hidden from all users.
NOTE
If a negative Wambi or comment is shared internally, group admins can remove these comments and Wambis.
Client account setting: Request a change to the patient negative threshold setting
Some of our clients may wish to change the negative threshold setting for patient Wambis; to make this request, please connect with your Client Success Manager to discuss this configuration!
