4 MINUTE READ
With Wambi, you have a central place where moments across your organization are being recognized and celebrated. There are a multitude of ways for you to connect with those moments- and more importantly the individuals behind those moments.
Connect Across Teams
While the main newsfeed shares all moments across your organization being celebrated, you can use the search bar at the top of your screen to see curated team newsfeeds that makes it easy to connect across with specific teams at your organization.
Here you can see all moments happening on this team being shared through Wambi. Use this as an opportunity to connect by commenting, reacting, or even sending members of the team a Wambi. You can use the search bar to search for locations and units at your organization to connect in even more ways.
BEST PRACTICE
If you are preparing to see a team in person, search their newsfeed ahead of time to find recent wins and see what's happening on the team. Make sure to acknowledge those moments when you connect in person, and send a Wambi to them after.
Connect Individually
Wambi gives you a medium to engage in a meaningful, timely, and authentic way with individuals at your organization. A few of our favorite ways we see this being done are:
- View a team member's profile to learn more about them: By focusing your time to see what team members are being recognized for and what they share in their profile, you can tailor the way you connect.
- Send a personalized, thoughtful Wambi: Take a moment to craft an authentic and personalized Wambi. Doing so will show team members on the receiving end that you value them for not only what they do, but for who they are.
- Comment on meaningful Wambis: For moments already being shared for a team member, join in on the conversation. Let team members know they are seen and their efforts don't go unnoticed.
