Need to invite people to your cohort? Follow these easy steps!
Invite team to join your Cohort
In order to invite others to join your cohort without manually adding them as members on the Edit Group page, make sure that your group membership setting is set to Open to All: anyone can join this group from the group profile page.
- Navigate to your cohort
- Click the caret in the Joined button
- Select the Copy link option; the wording will change to Copied!
- Send the link to anyone you wish to join your group!
- Ask your recipient to log in to Wambi
- Have them enter the link into their browser navigation bar
- They can then click the Join button to become part of your cohort!
NOTE
If your membership is set to Open to All and your visibility is set to Group Members Only, the only way to have others join is to send them an invite link as this group will not appear in search results for non-members.
