NOTE
This article outlines all of the notifications in Wambi; you may not receive some notifications based on your organization's Wambi plan.
Wambi notifications are designed to keep you informed, whether you're on your Wambi site or on the go. Read on to learn more about what notifications will appear in the platform, in your email, and on your mobile devices and how they work.
NOTE
If you sign in with a code or need to verify your account, you will receive the code on the device you select during the verification.
Notifications for Wambi activity
Wambi users will receive the following notifications for pertinent activity in Wambi; notification preferences for text (SMS) and email alerts can be adjusted at any time. In-app notifications cannot be adjusted.

If a client has not yet enabled service anniversary celebrations, users will not receive notifications about their service anniversary. |

If you have opted OUT of email notifications, you will still receive the email notifications above.
Manager and group owner notifications only
In addition to the notifications for Wambi activity, managers and group owners are notified about some of the activity related to their direct reports or people in groups they manage.

If a client has not yet enabled service anniversary celebrations, users will not receive notifications about service anniversaries for their team. |
Additional Wambi communications
In addition to platform notifications, Wambi users will receive the following emails:
- Onboarding Series
- 4-week email series for all users triggered for initial launch and additions to the employee data file
NOTE
If your Wambi plan includes cobranded marketing materials, the cobranding will only be reflected in the Onboarding Series.
- Wambi Word
- Monthly manager and group administrator enrichment e-newsletter
- Product Updates
- Bi-monthly manager and group administrator update e-newsletter
Whitelisting Wambi domains
Adding Wambi domains to your approved sender list will help enable the delivery of platform notifications and onboarding messages to your team’s inbox. Wambi communication will come from the following emails and domains:
