Wambi's love language may lean toward words of affirmation, but we also love gifts! Read on for the different, exciting reward options available to clients to tailor their gifting experience.
Prizes and raffles
This is the quintessential Wambi surprise experience! Once someone fills their progress bar—typically by completing challenges—they can click the "Surprise!" button and see what raffles and prizes are available in their organization. These items are predetermined by the client in partnership with the Client Success Manager and added to the platform by the Wambi Support Team. Once the user has unlocked an item, they can claim it, choose something else, save it for later, or even gift it to a friend (gifting is a very popular option)!
Service anniversary gifts
Service anniversaries are wonderful and you love to celebrate these accomplishments—and Wambi can help you elevate those moments. In addition to Wambi designs celebrating the anniversaries, you can add custom gifts that celebrate any service anniversary or service anniversaries, depending on your needs. Once added, a user will be notified on their service anniversary to claim the gift available for that service anniversary, if one is available for that anniversary. Service anniversary gifts are specific to the user's service anniversary and cannot be gifted to others.
Here's an example of service anniversary gifts that can be configured in Wambi:
- Service anniversaries 2, 4, 6: Complimentary coffee at the cafe! (show this notification to the cafe)
- Service anniversaries 5, 10, 15, 20: Commemorative plaque (pick up from your manager!)
- Service anniversaries 25, 30, 35: Lunch with leadership (details forthcoming!)
In addition to the service anniversary gifts, clients can opt in Wambi to notify direct managers of upcoming service anniversaries so they can schedule a post about the anniversaries on the newsfeed, send a celebratory Wambi, or celebrate the team member during a meeting!
Onboarding and welcome gifts
Want to prompt new hires to collect some swag after they have joined your team? We love to see (and support) it! Users can automatically receive a notification on or after their hire date to claim a welcome gift. These gifts cannot be gifted to others since, well, an onboarding gift is tailored to new hires!
