Wambi Check-ins are an integrated extension that will provide insights to help gauge your team’s sentiment and engagement. Comprised of short question statements that your team will see at regular intervals on their newsfeed, the goal of implementing Check-ins is to provide your teams with the ability to easily communicate their sentiments about their work experience and engagement on a continual basis.


Standard Check-in FAQs


How many questions will appear for the standard Check-in?
One question will appear for the standard Check-in.

How long will the Check-in run?
Each iteration of the standard Check-in will run for three months.

How frequently will it run?
The standard Check-in will run quarterly.

Will users see it every time they log in?
No - as soon as they close out of the Check-in or respond to it, the results will be recorded and they will not see this Check-in until the next quarter.

When are the results available?
Results are available in real-time, but the reports will not populate with data until at least 10 Check-in responses are completed.

Can I change the standard question that is asked of my team?
The standard question is across all of our clients; while you cannot change this question for benchmarking purposes, you can add a custom Check-in based on your organizational goals! Why are you asking the same question multiple times?
We are following survey best practices in repeating the same question quarterly to help you better understand team sentiment and see trends over time.

Are responses anonymous?
Responses are anonymized - basic information will be available to drill into results based on location and other generalized identifiers.
