Wambi 4.5.40

  RELEASED: December 27, 2021

What's New or Improved

  •  Wambi Hot Streaks: Welcome to Wambi 4, Hot Streaks! Recipients will receive notifications that will trigger a confetti celebration on their device, and managers will be notified of team members' Hot Streaks and will be prompted to send a Wambi to the recipient (with the Wambi design AND recipient pre-selected!)!
  • Perfect Score alerts: They're here, they're fun, and they're PERFECT - Wambi now has perfect score alerts! When a patient submits a Wambi with all responses as "great," a recipient will receive an in-app notification that, when clicked, will set off a confetti celebration for the user!
  • User experience improvements: Profile change update request in-app notifications now take users to edit their profiles and the number of Wambi drafts can be viewed on mobile

Fixes

  • Challenges and Surprises took the "most wonderful time of the year" to mean showing the incorrect amount of time remaining; they are now back on a normal (expected) time
  • When scheduling a post draft, leaders were not able to click the ever-important "Apply" button for selected groups; since this button is, in fact, important, it is now responsive
  • There were a smattering of Surprise-related bugs that caused much teeth-gnashing; dentists everywhere are ecstatic that the gnashing of teeth will now subside
  • Who doesn't love endless loading dots? We don't! They no longer appear when editing recipients and saving a scheduled draft Post, approving the last profile change, when accessing Wambi from the notification email for a scheduled draft, and the notifications list
  • Managers who are not group owners did not have access to Management Hub; since this is the only place they can see the profile updates, they now have access so they aren't left in a "profile changes" purgatory

Wambi 4.5.31

  RELEASED: December 14, 2021

Fixes

  • Some reviewers were unable to submit Wambis through the Patient and Family Portal; they can now easily share all the gratitude they have!
  • Users were unable to schedule a Wambi or a post at midnight; since our users work around the clock, users can now schedule Wambis and posts to be shared at all hours

Wambi 4.5.30

  RELEASED: December 13, 2021

What's New or Improved

  • Schedule a Wambi: Any and all Wambi users can now schedule Wambis to send at a later time! All scheduled Wambis will appear in  Drafts under the "Send a Wambi" widget on the home page.
    •   Afraid of forgetting to send a Wambi on someone's birthday? You can now write a message and schedule it for a specific date and time to send to your colleague!
    •   Want to send a scheduled Wambi immediately instead of when you scheduled, or set a new time? You can remove the scheduled time and date from your Wambi draft!
    •   If there are any issues with sending your scheduled Wambi, we have a brand new notification and a "failed to send" tag in  Drafts letting you know that there was an issue!
  • Schedule a Post: Leaders can now schedule posts to publish to the newsfeed later! All scheduled posts will appear in  Drafts under the "Create a Post" widget on the home page.
    •   Have something important coming up next week, but don't want to create a post today (since people will forget)? You can now draft a post and schedule it for a specific date and time!
    •   Want to publish a scheduled post at a different time? You can remove the scheduled time and date from your post draft!
    •   While we don't anticipate any issues with scheduled posts, if a post fails to publish, a helpful and welcoming "failed to send" tag will appear on the scheduled post in  Drafts!
  •  Management Hub: Leaders and managers will now have a  Management Hub (available on desktop and mobile) where they can see  Profile Change Requests and  Recent Wambis (these items will no longer appear in the menu)!

      NOTE

The  Recent Wambis page is not available on mobile.

  • Post image editor: You know that helpful photo editor that appears when uploading profile pictures to crop or rotate an image? That photo editor now appears for images added to posts!
  • Profile change requests: Profile change requests now appear in the  Management Hub, and leaders can filter the view to see requests from their direct reports! Leaders and managers can easily approve requests, or request changes (with a text prompt describing what changes are requested).
  • Patient feedback notifications: Patient feedback notifications can now be sent to an email address in addition to the existing leader notifications!

Fixes

  • Some Wambis did not wish to be edited on the newsfeed; we explained to the Wambis that they're not sentient and they will now comply
  • Some Wambis for some clients were cut off at the bottom of the newsfeed; since we prefer visible Wambis to be, in fact, visible, they will now appear in their full glory
  • The group filter was feeling edgy and overlapped the loader when publishing a post; we refocused this edginess and the filter won't be so pushy
  • If a user could boost the same Wambi at least twice, a glitch would appear in the matrix and the Wambi would get stuck in the first group where it was boosted; since we all love boosting, this has been corrected
  • When there were no Celebrations in a group, we noticed that the widget collapsed like someone uninvited from birthday parties; since we like a good party, the widget has been invited to all future parties (and knows better than to collapse)

  RELEASED: December 1, 2021

What's New or Improved

  • Design improvements: Many of our modals are now sleek and slim to celebrate the holiday season! So fresh.

  • If you double-clicked on a sub-tab on the Analytics page, all widgets magically disappeared; since we prefer positive magical experiences, they don't play hide-and-seek anymore
