Open My preferences to set your password!
NOTE
Users who sign on using single sign-on (SSO) cannot change or set their password in Wambi and will not see the option to change or set their password in Wambi.
Set password
If you signed in to Wambi with a code and did not change your password when the initial Set Password prompt appeared, your My Preferences will have a Set password option.
NOTE
When you opt to Sign in with a code, your existing password will be erased and you will have to set a new password.
- Navigate to your menu
- Select My preferences
- Select Set password
- The Set Password prompt will appear
- Enter a password that meets the password requirements that appear on your screen (tap or click the reveal button to see what you have entered)
- Wambi will verify your password has met the requirements by showing a green success bar
- Enter your password again (tap or click the reveal button to see what you have entered)
- Wambi will verify your passwords match by showing a message Passwords Match!
- Click the purple Verify button
When you see the green Password changed toast in the lower left corner of your desktop or the center of your mobile device, your password has been successfully set!
Password requirements
Passwords must:
- Be at least 8 characters
- Contain at least 1 number
- Contain lowercase and uppercase letters
