Wambi Overview

Wambi is a recognition and culture transformation platform that improves your organization’s human experience with the power of gratitude.

From your Wambi homepage, you can:

View
- Your organization, primary location, and all your associated and starred groups
- Celebrations in your groups
- Recent newsfeed posts and Wambis (with filters by different type!)
- Your progress bar (also appears on My Profile; you can unlock surprises if you have any available!)
- Your active Challenges
Search for colleagues or groups
Create a post (and view post Drafts)
Send a Wambi (and view Wambi Drafts)
Navigate
- to the Management Hub
- to Analytics
- to Notifications
- to the menu

NOTE

On mobile:

Celebrations will appear on group profiles as well as on the newsfeed
Create a Post will appear at the top of your newsfeed
Wambi drafts can be accessed from your Send a Wambi page

NOTE

The Analytics page is not available on mobile.

Wambi Newsfeed

Need to share a message with your team? Click in the Create a Post box, write your message, and add a picture, gif, or video to accompany your post! You can also update your post after publishing your post.

Then, check out the newsfeed to see recent posts (including the one you just published!), as well as Wambis sent by patients, your team, and other leaders!

You can filter your selected newsfeed view by all, posts, Patient Voice, and Celebrations!

See something you like on the newsfeed? You can add as many reactions as you like to any Wambi or post, and you can also drop a comment on newsfeed posts.

Want to see upcoming birthdays or service anniversaries? Head to the Celebrations in My Circle and celebrate with your team!

On some Wambis on the newsfeed, you may see a shared Wambi. This means that someone saw a Wambi that they wanted more people to see, or they wanted to comment about the Wambi! Remember - sharing is caring!

Notifications

View your notifications to see recent activity! From relevant posts to Wambis, reactions to comments, and even Challenge updates, you can click any notification to see details! Some notifications are actionable and will appear as unread at the top of your notifications until you interact with them.

Send Wambi

Wambis are eCards of appreciation that can be sent to anyone in your organization. You can send unlimited Wambis to your peers, team, and groups!

To share a Wambi with a group at your organization, search for the group by name using the Search bar, and then click the Send a Wambi button in the group profile.

Want to celebrate an individual or a few individuals together? Click on the purple Send a Wambi button on desktop or the purple + button on mobile (and select Send a Wambi), choose the Wambi design you wish to share, and then Add Recipients. Make sure to share the Wambi on the newsfeed so everyone can see!

If you would like to send a Wambi so that it is not shared to the newsfeed, click on the Share on Newsfeed toggle so the toggle is gray. The Wambi will no longer be shared on the newsfeed.

NOTE

Wambis not shared on the newsfeed will be shared with the recipient(s), and can be viewed by the recipient's managers and leaders. These Wambis will not help you complete challenges.

My Profile

My Profile is where you can see all of your Wambis, your Challenges, the Patient Voice (if you work with patients), and you can also edit your profile from here.

You can view your display name, your pronoun preferences, your photo, your job title, and your group membership. If you would like to update your profile, click Edit my preferences.

After engaging with Wambi and filling your progress bar, you will unlock a surprise! These surprises will change, so make sure to stay engaged with Wambi for more surprises!

This is the place where you can see all of the Wambis you have sent or received! Click View All to see all of your Wambis, then click on Received or Sent to view those Wambis. If there are any Wambis that were not shared on the newsfeed, look for (not shared on newsfeed) under the name headers.

Check your My Challenges to see all of your completed Challenges and your progress on active Challenges!

If you are patient-facing, your patients can share their gratitude for you - check your Patient Voice to see their responses from the Patient & Family Portal! You can view your scores from different time periods.

Analytics

Visit your analytics page to view your report dashboard! You can scroll through the report widgets to quickly view trends, and can click into any of the reports on the left sidebar to export data for further analysis.

The Analytics page is not available on mobile.

Access your menu to edit your preferences, get your team recognized, review feedback, ask for support, access Lessons, or to sign out of your account.

Want to check your account settings, update your password, or set your notification preferences? Head to My preferences to make any updates.

To pull up the Patient & Family Portal, select the Collect Wambis menu item. You will be brought to the portal and can collect gratitude for your team!

To review patient responses to what could have been done better, head to View feedback. You will see the comments requesting follow up, and you can note any updates for other leaders to see, allowing you to close the loop quickly!

Lessons are quick, helpful tips about how to get the most out of Wambi! You will see newly available Lessons when you sign in to Wambi, and you can revisit the Lessons at any time for a refresher by visiting your menu and then Lessons!
