Wambi 4.8.20

  RELEASED: July 6, 2023

What's New or Improved

Wambi First Patient Portal
Patients, rejoice! Instead of having to answer questions about their experience first, patients will be immediately able to share a message of gratitude with their care team member and then have the option to respond to questions about their experience. In addition to this, all of a patient's responses will be recorded, even if they close out midway!

New phone, who dis? Patient authentication configurability
Clients can now determine whether to allow patients to access the portal without authenticating their session with an email or a phone number! Clients should review the options available; the default setting is to still require authentication.

Tag - you're all it!
Users can now tag up to 100 people or groups in a post, comment, or Wambi.

Focus on Recent Wambis

Fixes

  • Like an old Seinfeld episode, there were "No points for [users who should have received progress from receiving a Wambi];" there are now points galore... when configured
  • Patient Feedback wouldn't close on mobile, and while we appreciate patient feedback, sometimes we want to move on to see other things in Wambi... so you can now close out
  • Copied links on a Post or a Wambi did not work; instead of shrouding a link in mystery, they now open as expected
  • The date filter on the Analytics tab would occasionally turn itself into just a calendar after viewing certain dashboards and the default date ranges intermittently changed; it was a whole vibe (that is now fixed)
  • Users also found another exciting feature on the Analytics page, where it would go blank when you clicked the drop-downs twice; it now shows data instead (boooooooooring but expected)
