Service Anniversary and Onboarding Gifts

YOU GET A GIFT! AND YOU GET A GIFT! AND YOU GET A GIFT! Wambi, like Oprah, now supports celebratory gifts for service anniversaries as well as onboarding gifts! These gifts correspond with actual anniversary and onboarding dates. Speaking of service anniversaries...

Service Anniversary Emails

Direct managers are emailed seven days before the anniversaries on their team and prompted to send a Wambi or post to the newsfeed about the super awesome person celebrating their anniversary! You love to see it.

Birthdays and Service Anniversary on Profile

In the spirit of celebrations, users can now see their service anniversary and birthday on their profile, and on the profiles of others! Not into birthdays? No worries - if a user has opted to not share their birthday on the newsfeed, their birthday will not appear (but it will still happen in real life, obvs. Wambi doesn't control time... yet).

UI Improvements

Check out an improved custom date filter! That calendar is super chic now. We also snuck in a quick update to mentions on shared Wambis so they look a little less edgy.

Fixes

• The "view all" in the Challenges widget was having a day; we coaxed it into infinitely loading as expected
• Users could create a hyperlink with no link; that was weird, so we blocked that from happening
• Super speedy typists could generate extra comments by hitting "enter" more than once; this felt dramatic, so we toned it down

Tagging with @ Mentions

By popular demand, you can now tag all your friends in Wambi with the new @ mention feature! Shout out your peer for an amazing patient Wambi, celebrate individual accomplishments in a post, and engage even more with your team by bringing them into the conversation. Near, far, wherever they are - @ mentions will notify them to join in the fun!

Stylized Posts

Sometimes you just want to adjust your text to highlight key elements. Now you can do that on posts! Stylize your posts to your heart's content with:

• Bold
• Italics
• Underline
• Strikethrough
• Hyperlinks
• Unordered (bulleted) lists
• 1. Ordered (number) lists

Shipping Form Customization

The shipping form instructions can now be customized.

Fixes

• On mobile, pronouns were not updating on My Profile Widget immediately; we prefer instant gratification, so this has been corrected
• "Send me notifications" creepily appeared in Account Settings hidden behind the Save button instead of going to its new home; we showed it the way
• Some lucky users saw a "no content issue card" popping up when it shouldn't, and some were randomly logged out after logging in; it's all good now
• Was it your eyes? No, it wasn't - the Feed Navigation bar on newsfeed resized when filtering feed; cancel the ophthalmology appointment because it was fixed
• On loading the portal page, the login screen was hit twice and caused users to wait a whopping 2 minutes to log in; it was easier to fix this than to add muzak in the background
• Post fixes - adding the same video twice didn't add the video, and videos and images without text errored out

Fixes

• Users were able to win the same surprise multiple times; since variety is the spice of life, we made some tweaks to prevent this from happening in the future
• Challenges were having a challenging day with the action hyperlinks; they now work as expected
