IN THIS ARTICLE
If a patient answers a question from the Patient & Family Portal with Okay, Fair, or Poor, or submits a comment about what could have been done better during their experience with a team member, the response will be recorded on the Patient Feedback page in the Management Hub. Managers can see all of the feedback for their direct reports and anyone in their reporting hierarchy! To leave a note on anything you see in the Patient Feedback page, follow the steps below.
NOTE
Team members will not see any patient feedback.
Leave a note on patient feedback
Managers can leave a note on any item on the Patient Feedback page. To add a note:
- Navigate to the Feedback details page of the feedback you would like to comment on
- Scroll to the bottom of the detail page to the Notes section
- Click in the Add a note... box
- Enter your note and click the submit button
- Your note will appear above the note box with a timestamp and your name next to it
- Navigate back to the main Patient Feedback page by clicking the back button at the top left of the Feedback details page or the Close button on the top right; you will see a note has been added to the feedback
