Sign in to Wambi
- Navigate to your organization's Wambi sign in page
- Select Sign in with a code
- You may see a Captcha appear; complete this, and then a prompt will appear that says We'll send you a code to sign in
- Enter the mobile number or email address that is associated with your Wambi account
- The Verify Code prompt will appear; navigate to the device where you received the code and enter the code you received in the box provided and click the purple Verify button
- You will be signed in to Wambi; a Set Password prompt will appear - follow the instructions to set your password
- To set your password at a later time, click the Close button and you will be returned to your newsfeed; you will see the option to Set password in your menu
- Access your organization’s Wambi URL
- Click the [Your Organization] Single Sign-On button
- You will be redirected to your organization’s SSO page (if you are not signed in on your device)
- If prompted, review and accept Terms and Conditions
- You will then see your newsfeed (while you're here, why not send a Wambi?)
- Access your organization’s Wambi URL
- Enter your username (email address) and password
- If prompted, review and accept Terms and Conditions
- You will then see your newsfeed (while you're here, why not send a Wambi?)
If your organization does not have you access Wambi using your organizational email address or SSO, follow the instructions to use your employee ID as your username to log in.
Lessons
Upon logging in the first time, you will see Lessons, Wambi's in-app training! These quick, interactive lessons will help you deepen your Wambi knowledge and set you up for success. You can view your progress on each individual lesson, and you can revisit the Lessons at any time for a refresher by visiting your menu and then Lessons!
Change or set your password
Open your menu in the top right corner of the page and click on My preferences, then Change / Set my password. Passwords must:
- Be at least 8 characters
- Contain at least 1 number
- Contain lowercase and uppercase letters
NOTE
Users who access Wambi using single sign-on (SSO) cannot change their password in Wambi.
Update your profile
Let's update your Wambi profile! Open your menu in the top right corner of the page and select My preferences. Your preferences will open to Account Settings. You can upload a photo, add a mobile number, update your display name, select pronouns to display, and enter your birthdate. To get started, upload a photo!
Upload your favorite profile photo (it’ll require manager approval)!
- Tap or click on the camera icon on your profile photo image.
- Click the Choose File button. You can either take a photo or select one from your device library!
- Adjust the image by zooming in or out on the zoom bar, or rotate the image using the image rotation button. Click Next when you're done!
- Preview your photo as it will appear across the platform. To change the image, select the camera icon on your profile photo image, or tap the back arrow. To submit your photo for manager review, click Submit Photo. You're all set!
NOTE
Manager users will be able to upload a profile picture without manager approval.
- Add a mobile number and select the Continue button
- You will receive an account verification code on your mobile device; navigate to your device to access the text message
- Enter the verification code in the boxes provided in the prompt and select Verify
- You will be brought back to your Account Settings page; your mobile number has been saved
You're Ready to Wambi!
Your profile is all set and you are ready to share gratitude with your team! Make sure to bookmark your Wambi URL or save a shortcut to Wambi to your device. To learn more about the features available in Wambi, visit our user guides!
